These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Savak platform, including our website, farmer onboarding tools, and WhatsApp-based notifications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Savak.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided to help onboard, manage, and communicate with farmers participating in Savak's programs. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for its intended purpose.

3. WhatsApp Communications

When you submit a phone number through our farmer onboarding form, you consent to receive service-related messages from Savak over WhatsApp, such as confirmation of your submission and updates on your onboarding status.

4. Data

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
