This Privacy Policy explains how Savak collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through our website, farmer onboarding form, and WhatsApp-based notifications (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

When you submit the farmer onboarding form, we collect information such as your name, guardian's name, CNIC, phone number, village, land details, current crops, and farming background. If you upload a KML boundary file, we also store that file.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to evaluate onboarding requests, create and manage farmer records, communicate with you about your submission (including via WhatsApp), and coordinate field visits and program activities.

3. WhatsApp Communications

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages from Savak over WhatsApp, such as confirmation of your submission and updates on your onboarding status. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a message from us.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. It is only accessible to authorized Savak staff (admins and field officers) for the purpose of reviewing and processing onboarding requests.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as needed to support your onboarding and participation in Savak's programs. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion page.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
