Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data Savak holds about you, including information submitted through our farmer onboarding form and any WhatsApp contact details on file.

How to request deletion

Send an email to rizvisajid4@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your full name as submitted on the onboarding form
• The phone number associated with your submission
• Your village/union council, if known

What happens next

We will verify your request and delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.

WhatsApp messaging

Deleting your data also stops any further WhatsApp notifications from Savak. You may also opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying "STOP" to a message from us.
